Elementary Schools

  • The Doty Memorial School Board is an elected body representing the citizens of Worcester with regard to the town's responsibility to educate its elementary school children. As such, the board discusses and makes decisions regarding school policy, finances, and personnel. Board members are chosen by Worcester voters at March elections to serve terms of either 2 or 3 years.

     *School Board meetings are held at 5:30 PM on the SECOND WED. of each month in the school library, unless otherwise warned. Meetings are public and are warned 76 hours in advance. The agendas are posted Online as well as at the school, the Worcester Town Clerk's Office, the Town Hall and LBJ's.  Minutes are posted on the website or are available at the school.

Will Baker

Will grew up in Central Vermont (just over the mountain in Waterbury Center) and attended public schools. He left Vermont for college and graduate school but he quickly returned in early adulthood.  He has practiced law in Vermont since 2004 in both private practice and the government sector.  Moving to Worcester in 2012, he and his wife and two children have loved becoming part of this wonderful community.

I have lived in Worcester since 2007.  My family and I moved here from Cabot.  I am a preschool teacher and reading specialist and love working with people.   In my free time I enjoy gardening, hiking, cooking and spending time with my family.
