Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents.  Answer questions both internally and externally about HR- related issues. Support HR systems and/ or databases to assist with management and development for staff. Act as a liaison with school district offices for HR related topics.  

Sally Hall has joined WCSU Jan 2018.  Her previous experience includes prior military service with the Army Reserve, Active Duty Air Force and Vermont Army Guard.   She served in the Air Force as a first responder and is a Veteran of a Foreign War.  After graduating from college, she worked in the private sector in human resources for three years.  She served 3 years in the Vermont Army Guard as a human resources personnel staff.  Prior to joining WCSU, she worked for the State of Vermont in the Department of Human Resources and Quality Assurance for the Department for Children and families for a combined total of 6 years.  She is also a member of both the Society for Human Resource Management and Vermont Human Resources Association.

She graduated with distinction with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School and received her B.A from Arizona State University. 

For fun, Sally and her family enjoy anything that takes them outside such as skiing, hiking, biking and traveling.  She is part of a Roller Derby Team and plays women’s ice hockey in the winter.
